WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Define and implement user experience (UX) strategies that balance user intent, business needs, and platform performance, while continuously optimizing both web and mobile experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, to shape the UX vision, establish product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals and functional requirements.
- Advocate for new technologies and methods, lead UX research, set design standards, and utilize metrics to inform user-centered design decisions across multiple platforms.
- Oversee UX design execution, integrating digital platforms, resolving design challenges, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with UX best practices, mobile design, web design, and requirements management within the B2C industry.
- Knowledge of digital commerce
- Skilled in Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio outlining UX expertise and examples is required
