Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations management of over 500++ customer installations of ATOSS products (SaaS) in our managed hosting environments (ATOSS Cloud Solution)
- Manage updates and release changes for 500++ cloud installations
- Deployment of new installations and services
- Configure technical interfaces to our cloud services with our customers and implementation partners
- Cooperation with our R&D department for new features and changes implementation
- Architecture and infrastructures design responsibilities
- 2nd and 3rd level support for our on premise and cloud implementations
- Application level debugging, investigating incidents, provide RCA’s, doing deep dives on all issues reported in order to come up with improvements to our systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of cloud-native technologies - Azure Services, Functions, etc
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as development tools - Git, build tools, etc
- CI/CD knowledge - Azure Pipelines, Azure DevOps
- Virtualization technologies - various hypervisors management, implementation of virtualized infrastructures
- Containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
- Good scripting knowledge - Shell, Python
- Good networking knowledge - protocols, cloud networking
- Excellent Linux know-how and experience
- Being a team player is a must, but you should also be comfortable with working independently
- Strong attitude to optimize and atomize processes
- Fluent English, German language is a plus

- Infrastructure as Code - Ansible, Terraform knowledge
- Private cloud related experience - Openshift
- Certifications on Azure (. Azure Developer, DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Jenkins knowledge
