Product Manager, Web & Platform

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will take ownership of part of our web & platform roadmap, driving the evolution of the digital experience for our members and prospective members.

In this role, with the support of the Product Director, you will lead a cross-functional team, including product, design, and engineering, as well as collaborate closely with our external agency partners, to ensure a seamless user experience and design while achieving our business objectives.

What you’ll do…

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision & roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Lead all team ceremonies (Refine, stand-up, retro & sprint planning.)
• Support the Product Director to take ownership of the product roadmap, overseeing the prioritization of initiatives and features that drive business growth and success.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure the success of product features and enhancements, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, user behaviors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the digital experience, positioning the company as an industry leader. 

What we’re looking for…

• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing digital products that meet users’ needs and deliver commercial value.
• Membership experience isn’t a must but very desirable. CMS, content & payments experience is ideal. 
• Expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• A strategic thinker who can align product initiatives with overall business goals, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Proven ability to balance user-centric design with business requirements, delivering innovative and customer-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Someone proactive and able to work independently, but likes being sociable & collaborative too
• A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
