What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Experienced in Full-Stack Development: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in frontend (React, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Django)
• Technical Expertise: Comfortable with cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices. A strong GitHub portfolio showcasing relevant projects is required.
• Strategic Thinker: Capable of identifying and prioritizing critical tech goals to drive progress.
• Committed and Reliable: Ready to make a tangible difference as a key part of a small, dynamic team. Our last hire struggled to meet expectations, so we’re seeking someone who can lead with excellence and accountability.

Your Role

• Lead and mentor the engineering team.
• Oversee full-stack development and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive technical strategy and oversee implementation.
• Collaborate with the founding team to align technical execution with business goals.
