Job Description
As a part of the Leadership Team at Snappymob, you will be leading and supervising a team of software developers in creating digital products with a focus on .NET and C#. Working closely with fellow team members including designers, QA engineers, and project managers, you will be developing web based systems that combine great user experiences along with strong engineering under the hood.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications using C# and .NET Core/Framework.
- Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure high-quality software.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on .NET and C#.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Experienced with front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, Angular, or other.
- Experienced with one or more cloud infrastructure providers: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams, while managing stakeholder expectation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
