What will you do?
- Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Hard skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in drafting recruitment documents such as job descriptions and offer letters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
