Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing business clients through email and phone, building lasting relationships
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, focusing on identifying client needs and potential growth opportunities
- Cloud Solution Expertise: Educate clients about the features and benefits of cloud products and upgrades, tailoring solutions to meet their business objectives
- Upselling and Retention: Promote additional services, ensure client satisfaction, and drive contract renewals
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs, including lead generation targets, sales quotas, and SLA adherence
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English(C2 level or higher, native preferred)
- EU Citizenship(we can't have visa sponsorship for this)
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools or CRM systems preferred
- Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong accountability, persuasiveness, and motivation to succeed
- Solid understanding of cloud services and IT fundamentals
- Typing Speed: 25+ WPM with 85% accuracy
- Base Salary: €1,300 per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €260 per month based on KPI achievements
- Travel Reimbursement: Comprehensive travel costs covered

- 3 weeks of paid training to learn about IT, cloud products, and advanced sales techniques
- Ongoing support and mentoring during a 1-week nesting period

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, aligned with target market hour
