Social Media Manager (Specialist)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create marketing collaterals regarding job posting, infographics, and other related recruitment marketing contents.
• Understand applicant market trends by analyzing social media data.
• Manage Social Media pages of the company to attract the right talents.
• Create events to increase brand promotion and employer branding.
• Manage budget allocation for certain social media sites.
• Create and suggest content to increase brand power on social media and other digital job platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing team regarding strategies on how to increase Social Media presence.
• Reports to the head of recruitment for overall recruitment marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years digital marketing and social media practical experience.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing specifically in Recruitment and Talent marketing.
• Can understand trends specifically in the applicant market.
• Trainable, creative, and has a knack on content creation.
• Can use several photo and video editing tools.
• Videography and Graphics design skills is required.
• Good technical writing skills
• High level understanding of social media analytics and using data to drive the direction of content and brand.
