Technical Product Manager

Developer Productivity

Fully Remote - ability to go to London office quarterly

Circa £80,000-£100,000 dependent on experience, + equity


Are you a data savvy TPM passionate about building high quality products that delight your users? Want to work at the intersection of data, user behaviour and product strategy, transforming complex insights into actionable product decisions... then read on


You would join a series A CDE who have created a cloud based solution to help technical folk create software more efficiently. Having just launched a new product, your work closely with engineering, sales and customer experience to shape product experience and ensure evidence-based product improvements


The role:

  1. Own all things Data! Metrics, Dashboard Creations, Qualitative and Quantitative Data, Analysis, and reporting;
  2. Develop & execute a research strategy that will focus on market trends + the competitive landscape
  3. Design and run A/B testing to validate product assumptions, establish feedback, manage product launch metrics
  4. Gather prospect/customer pain points, and technical feasibility for product improvement.
  5. Synthesize insights, tying all decisions to revenue impact. Prepare strategic recommendations and build business cases for new product investments.


Yourself:

  • Worked in the DevTooling / CICD/ DevPlatform/ IDP spaces, with Software/Platform Engineers as your customer
  • Passion for high quality products - keen eye for Aesthetics, UX, Vision & an inclination towards design
  • Data Driven - have designed metrics, built measurement frameworks, translated complex data into actionable insights with quantative and qualitative analysis methods
  • An engineering background - through experience or by training
  • Ideally some form of data analysis experience, either by experience of training
