About the Role

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Social Media Manager to manage and grow our EB2-NIW social media presence. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and skilled at crafting engaging content that educates and informs. If you have a knack for research, an interest in immigration law, and a flair for design, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Create, design, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos tailored to the EB2-NIW and immigration law audience using Canva or similar tools.
• Develop educational content to explain immigration processes, requirements, and benefits.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan and manage a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Schedule and post content consistently across all channels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community interaction.
• Research & Strategy:
• Conduct research on EB2-NIW, EB1, and immigration law to create factually accurate and compelling content.
• Stay updated on immigration news and trends to provide timely, relevant information.
• Analytics & Growth:
• Track social media metrics and use data to refine and optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that increase engagement and follower growth.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
• Strong research skills and ability to understand complex topics like immigration law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar.
• Preferred:
• Interest or background in immigration law or EB2-NIW processes.
• Experience creating educational or legal content for social media.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
