Hybrid Infrastructure Delivery is a key element for transforming the Hapag-Lloyd application and Digital Product landscape. It combines the established principles with the adoption to new and innovative technologies. The overarching objectives regarding reliable, scalable, modern, secure and compliant systems is provided are applied to all core elements of the Hybrid Infrastructure environment. The complete stack – from Workplace, Network to DataCenter & Cloud – is managed end-to- end and relies on specialized service provider and vendors. By adopting to cloud technology enhance operational efficiency and innovation is driven across the entire enterprise. As Mobile Device Management Manager you will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of Hapag-Lloyd mobile device management solution. You ensure system security, data integrity and compliant data access to company data. Together with IT-Security, Procurement, Data Protection and UX you will act as broker and internal provider to offer mobile devices to Hapag-Lloyd in a reliable, smart, and secure way.

We offer:
- Management of inTune & Apple Business Manager and evaluation of other Mobile Device Management solutions
- Technical configuration and specifications for use of Apple devices
- Design and rollout of App deployment tooling
- Development and description of personas for the use of mobile devices
- Define, describe and rollout mobile device management lifecycle processes - OnBoarding, OnGoing, OffBoarding
- Continuous maintenance of users and process documentation
- Inventory management
- Handover solutions and changes into operation
- Collaboration with product owner and use of agile methods
- Good communication skills and with multi-level and global stakeholders
- Experience in dealing with different departments (VIPs, senior management, sales, etc.)
- Close cooperation with IT security, data protection and application of regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, supply chain, engineering, or related fieldÂ
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, mobile device or digital workplace environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standardsÂ
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures, mobile apps and end user devices
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage but not a must
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and communicate convincingly with both technology and businessÂ
- You have an agile mindset and a high level of quality awareness, enjoy sharing your know-how and are confident in dealing with virtual collaboration
- You are characterized by your willingness to perform
- You are structured in your way of working as well as solution-oriented and proactive.
