About The Job

The Senior/Lead Software Engineer will take an active part in various phases of Novacura Projects to meet Customer needs related to software. The Senior/Lead Software Engineer is expected to work proactively and give input and know-how to Customers and Novacura Business System Consultants when it comes to defining the best technical solutions for the overall successful Customer software solution.

Senior/Lead Software Engineers have a focus on Novacura Flow and IFS Development tools, including custom configurations, but works also with other related state of the art technologies supporting Novacura Flow and IFS Applications (e.g. .Net, IoT, ML, etc.). They have a general understanding of IFS Applications technology, specialized in one or two functional areas.

A Senior/Lead Software Engineer is expected to actively support more junior colleagues and, to some extent, work independently helping customers building software solutions (e.g. Novacura Flow) from customer requirement and solution specification to quality assured solution put into operations.

About You

We’re looking for people who are highly service-minded and thrive from a work environment with a high pace. You should have a flexible mindset with an ability to manage several customers and tasks simultaneously, working in a team context and you are good at communicating. You have a proactive approach and are always eager to learn new things.

• University Degree (Bachelors/ Masters) with a specialized in Software Engineering or IT
• 4+ years of experience in working with IFS Cloud Development including customizations and integrations.
• Very good knowledge in IFS Cloud development platforms and tools
• Experience in working with IFS Report Designer Tool.
• Have a thorough knowledge in PL/SQL
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ability to drive and learn new technologies
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
  
  

Good to have:

• Experience in working with IFS Data Migration Tools/ Integrations and Upgrade related activities.
• Experience with C#, .Net or any other object-Oriented Programming language and Oracle/ MSSQL database related tools.
• IFS Certifications
