Position: DevOps Engineer (Team Lead)
- Lead DevOps initiatives while mentoring and inspiring a talented team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Automate processes and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
- Lead the team in optimizing container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, set up alert systems, and proactively resolve potential issues.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to other team members on best DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience within the iGaming and gambling industry is a must.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Java, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
