UX/UI Designer & Developer

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for WordPress-based products, focusing on user-centered design, UI/UX, and the creation of visually appealing, intuitive experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins, incorporating custom development when needed, to deliver user-friendly and responsive design solutions that meet project requirements and business goals.
• C Partner with developers, product managers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional, high-performance products that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain cohesive design systems, style guides, and wireframes, ensuring that all design elements align with brand guidelines, enhance usability, and ensure consistency across products.
• Use analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to iteratively improve designs, enhance user experience, and optimize the functionality and visual design of WordPress sites and applications.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on design and development experience in WordPress-based websites and applications.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices,
• Skilled in Figma, HTML/CSS, and Adobe XD.
• Portfolio is required. (Must have examples of your "how" - wireframing, prototyping, user flows examples)
