Job Description
AgEagle is seeking a 3-5 year of experience, highly organized, customer-oriented, and reliable professional to serve as an IT/Validation and Test Engineer in our senseFly location in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland.

Validation/Test Engineer (est. 70%):
- Participate in the development and maintenance of our test benches, mainly using Python and simplified C++ for Arduino
- Create and update operator training information for test and laboratory equipment
- Assist in the construction, installation and operator training for new test equipment at planned manufacturing sites globally
- Ensure codebase quality using static analysis tools and broad unit test coverage
- Assist with flight test programs, customer training and certification as needed
- Oversee and ensure the maintenance and reliability of the physical network infrastructure in our Lausanne office
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to AgEagle employees based in Europe
- Oversee the relationships with outside contractors and service providers (e.g. AWS) for the Swiss site
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards for data security, data recovery and efficient use of resources
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related field
- Ability to obtain a European drone license during the first six months of employment (an active license is a plus)
- Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge and technical understanding
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with a range of people including key customers, business managers, R&D engineers, technicians, and operators
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in written and spoken French with business-level English
