Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for consumer lending products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and designers to understand and translate requirements into mobile solutions.
- Ensure applications are intuitive, high-quality, and secure, meeting performance standards for the banking domain.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance application functionality and stability.
- Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and improve mobile application performance.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Flutter and a focus on banking.
- Proven experience in building and deploying mobile applications in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and state management in Flutter.
- Knowledge of backend integration and APIs (RESTful services).
- Proven track record in remote project delivery and effective virtual collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close alignment with team objectives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
