About the Role:

As a C Developer, you’ll work on defining, designing, and delivering features that advance next-generation dialog systems, spanning applications from education to entertainment. This role is ideal for candidates eager to innovate and contribute to the development of interactive, AI-driven experiences. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity with a company pushing the boundaries of AI-powered dialog agents

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Manage development cycles, project priorities, and deadlines.
• Use C programming expertise to address complex coding challenges during AI validation.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
• Validate AI-generated code for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Contribute to public GitHub repositories by improving codebases and developing features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in C.
• Proven leadership ability, ideally overseeing a team of engineers.
• Experience with AI systems and GitHub contributions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in English
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
