LLM - C Developer (Remote)
About the Role:
As a C Developer, you’ll work on defining, designing, and delivering features that advance next-generation dialog systems, spanning applications from education to entertainment. This role is ideal for candidates eager to innovate and contribute to the development of interactive, AI-driven experiences. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity with a company pushing the boundaries of AI-powered dialog agents
Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Manage development cycles, project priorities, and deadlines.
- Use C programming expertise to address complex coding challenges during AI validation.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
- Validate AI-generated code for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Contribute to public GitHub repositories by improving codebases and developing features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in C.
- Proven leadership ability, ideally overseeing a team of engineers.
- Experience with AI systems and GitHub contributions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in English
- Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
