Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Working Hours: 9 a.m. -5 p.m. Central European Time Zone (±2 hours)
Salary: 1000 - 1500 USD

Responsibilities:
- Product and UX Design: Execute and translate the product vision into product concepts and simple and delightful product/web designs.
- Create Design Assets: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to illustrate design concepts.
- Shape Design Identity: Play a key role in shaping the design identity of the startup, influencing both product design and overall brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the design-focused founders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Ensure Consistency: Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all design elements to uphold a strong brand identity.
- Iterate and Improve: Analyze feedback to refine designs, focusing on simplicity and quality to enhance user experience.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit an eye for detail and a drive for simplicity in all design work.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- SaaS and eCommerce: Experience designing for SaaS platforms and/or eCommerce, particularly within the fashion industry, is highly desirable.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma is a must; knowledge of Framer is a plus but not required (willingness to learn required).
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment, adapting to fast-paced changes.
