Interested in a Lead Backend Engineering role for a team building advanced Loyalty programs for the AdTech space while handling the difficulty of creating infrastructure that can handle 3 Billion API requests daily?

I'm looking for a Backend Lead who would work to help unite the DevOps and Engineering teams into a unified Backend Development squad, focusing on the balance between fast development, and reliable systems at scale while still coding and developing infrastructure.

As a hands-on Backend Lead, you'd be working directly in a complex AWS, IaC and containerised (Kube) environment with a Golang codebase and elements of big data tech/tooling. You will fit well if you're a generalist, who likes working on both DevOps Tools and Go development, and wants to help lead/mentor a team to do the same.

Key skills required:

• Golang Development experience in production environments
• Strong AWS experience with associated tooling
• Hands-on DevOps tooling experience, in particular, Infrastructure as Code, Containers (Kubernetes) and CI/CD Pipelines
• Tech leadership and/or Mentoring Experience
