Senior Product Owner for Timisoara/Sibiu m/f/d

Your Tasks:

• Drive the development of innovative cloud software products in the area of workforce management as an interface between external and internal stakeholders ( for example customer, sales team, customer services team and development)
• Plan the further development of the products and releases and create and communicate the strategic product roadmaps
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize the different requirements
• Use requirements engineering and create specifications of new features including user stories
• Ensure technical feasibility and intuitive usability in collaboration with our UX/UI team
• Prepare internal product trainings for customer services teams and conduct them together with your colleagues

Your Capabilities:

• Completed technical university degree (e.g. business or media) computer science, or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in B2B software product management as a product owner and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Strong analytical skills and initiative with a sound technical background
• Customer and user-orientated thinking as well as good comprehension and high implementation skills
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Fluent in English & German (spoken and written)
