Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

This position is fully remote.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Minimum 7+ years of JavaScript(ES6) experience
• Strong understanding of git/source control
• Comfortable working with and understanding both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Write technical documentation for new features
• Build end-to-end solutions with minimum coupling
• Knowledge of AI and/or ChatGPT
• Preferred Knowledge:
• Experience working with WebRTC
• Knowledge of JavaScript framework: webpacker, and stimulus
• Experience with asset optimization techniques
• 2+ years Postgres
• Working knowledge of AWS/Heroku
• Knowledge of category theory
