Job Description:

As a Senior Automation Manager, your role will involve developing automation strategies and executing solutions to enhance operational performance and increase productivity. You will need technical knowledge in automation technologies, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing workflows and processes across departments to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using leading-edge technologies, such as RPA, BPA, AI/ML, scripting, and macros.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define automation objectives, gather requirements, and create detailed project roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and system integrations for platforms including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other custom applications.
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation solutions to ensure they are functioning at optimal performance.
• Provide training and ongoing support to teams on the use of automation tools and technologies.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in automation to continuously enhance solutions and services.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals, for all automation systems and tools.
• Monitor the effectiveness and impact of automation initiatives, refining solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in areas such as Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk Management, and Governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience in automation (BPA or RPA projects)
• Expertise in automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other languages.
• Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations
