To support our team at a renowned customer in the radio and communications industry, we are looking for an FPGA Development Engineer (m/f/x) in Munich for a permanent position at K-tronik. Does this sound interesting? Then we look forward to your application!
Tasks:
- Development of FPGA function components in VHDL for Xilinx Versal architecture
- Optimization of the designs with respect to clock frequencies and timing constraints
- Synthesis of the functional components with Xilinx Vivado
- Writing of tests during development
- Simulation of the functional components
- Documentation and coordination with involved development teams
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in FPGA development with Xilinx FPGAs
- Very good knowledge in VHDL and/or Verilog
- Hands-on experience in high-speed design, e.g. timing constraints, timing optimization
- Knowledge of Python, Matlab and C/C++
- Experience with Git, Xilinx Vivado and Aldec Rivera
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proactive and independent way of working another plus
- Good knowledge of the Xilinx Versal architecture
- Fluent German skills
