With 200+ technologists across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and in the U.S., we continue to grow.
We are looking for talented Database Administrators to work on exciting international projects. This is a 100% remote position. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain database software
- Monitor database performance and tune as necessary
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolution
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with IT team members to optimize database performance and usability
- Stay current with database technology trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc
- Certification in database administration (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus
