Senior IAM Engineer – Manchester | Up to £65k + Excellent Benefits + Visa Sponsorship/Relocation Options

Are you an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer seeking your next challenge with a globally recognised organisation in Central Manchester?

This world renowned client in Manchester who is expanding their IAM team and looking for talented engineers to help drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge IAM solutions. You'll be collaborating with a team of IAM specialists, where you'll play a key role in transitioning from Microsoft Entra to NetIQ systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving IAM tools and systems, with a focus on Microsoft Entra, NetIQ, SSO federation, Active Directory lifecycle, and more.
• Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of new identity and access management frameworks, protocols, and systems (NetIQ).
• Act as an IAM subject matter expert, providing guidance on IAM controls, best practices, and industry standards.
• Ensure IAM systems are compliant with industry standards and follow vendor-recommended best practices (e.g., Microsoft).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with a passion for security and identity management.
