Backend Engineer - Ruby on Rails - Senior Level
Need to know:
💰 £95,000 + substantial shares - they want to hire some of the best developers out there, and pay accordingly
👩🏽💻 Fully remote in the UK, but offices in London & Newcastle if you prefer - some of the team do go in a couple of times a week but it's really up to you and how you work best

Company information:
You will join a very established, incredibly successful business in the Banking as a Service/ FinTech sector. The tech team has grown from 8 people to around 30 people in the last year following the appointment of a new CTO and they continue to go from strength to strength 👏🏼
The team are all really experienced, so you'll be working with people who place a lot of focus on code quality, security, and scalability. They use the latest version of Rails and try very hard to keep up to date with the tools they use.
Other tools in the tech stack, which you aren't required to know include Linux, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, PaperTrail, AppSignal.
