Senior Frontend Developer (Remote)

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and take charge of our frontend development efforts. As a Senior Frontend Developer at Drive lah, you will lead a team of frontend developers and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS. You will play a hands-on role in frontend development while also providing technical leadership and guidance to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, HTML 5, CSS 3, Webpack, etc.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of front-end code through code reviews, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the frontend team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development.
• Lead by example through hands-on coding, demonstrating excellence in frontend development skills and attention to detail.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to frontend team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts to attract top frontend talent and build a strong and cohesive team.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Javascript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Good experience in AWS, S3, Docker, Webpack, Automation Testing tools, Figma
• Proven track record of leading and managing front-end development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
