- Create and deliver customized presentations that showcase the value of our digital products to prospective clients
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress and results
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while contributing to the overall success and growth of The House of Mercier
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Previous experience in business development or sales, particularly in the digital products field, is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen ability to manage priorities and workloads effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
