- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their digital marketing accounts
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for improving their online visibility
- Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices for maximizing search engine success
- Document client interactions and feedback to gather insights for service improvement
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technologies
- Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide practical insights to clients
- Passion for helping clients succeed in their digital marketing endeavors
