Creative Designer

Job Overview:

We seek a passionate Creative Designer with a strong PowerPoint, UI/UX Digital, and Graphic Design background. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work on various projects, from crafting sophisticated presentation templates to designing user-friendly digital interfaces for high-impact projects. An interest in data analytics is highly desirable, as we value designers who bring a passion for both the art and science of visual storytelling.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on creating visually compelling and brand-aligned PowerPoint templates and a brand guideline.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphic assets and other materials for digital and print use.
• Collaborate with the Head of Development on the UI/UX design or digital interfaces for internal and external web-based tools.
• Work closely with the finance team to transform data insights.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and execute projects integrating design and data-driven insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PowerPoint design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful and innovative presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design (experience in Figma ideal).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration ability in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Able to work on general administrative tasks from time to time.
• Overall self-starter with a curiosity and passion for design.

Nice to Have:

• Interest in data analytics, with experience in visualising data insights.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS) and WordPress.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma (not a requirement).
