Solutions Architect

Talent Flow are working with a well-respected, Pureplay, ServiceNow Partner based in Saudi Arabia who are looking for an ITOM Capability lead.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ITOM Architect to lead ITOM initiatives and drive the development of a robust and efficient IT infrastructure. As an ITOM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising our ITOM solutions, ensuring seamless operations and maximising business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• ITOM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive ITOM strategy aligned with the organisation's overall IT goals and business objectives.
• Solution Architecture: Design and architect innovative ITOM solutions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• ITAM Integration: Collaborate with ITAM teams to ensure seamless integration between ITOM and ITAM processes, particularly in the area of SAM Pro.
• Cloud Provisioning: Oversee the automation and orchestration of cloud provisioning processes, optimising resource utilisation and accelerating deployment times.
• Event Management: Implement robust event management strategies to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents, minimising service disruptions.
• Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert consulting services to internal stakeholders, offering guidance on ITOM best practices and strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of ITOM engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Onsite Presence: Regularly engage with clients and partners on-site to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of core ITOM experience, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning, and Event Management.
• Strong understanding of ITAM principles, with specific experience in SAM Pro.
• Proven track record in consulting and advisory roles, delivering complex IT solutions.
• CIS certifications in relevant ITOM modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a drive to stay current with industry trends.
