Responsibilities

• Lead and grow tech teams within the organization
• Collaborate with other executives and decision makers in the company to drive development direction
• Mentor and doing performance reviews with team members

Qualifications

• Experience growing and managing medium to large engineering teams
• Proven track record of leadership and technical expertise with either B2B or B2C products
• Familiar with full software development process, good software engineering background
• Fluency in English and Japanese
