Responsibilities
- Lead and grow tech teams within the organization
- Collaborate with other executives and decision makers in the company to drive development direction
- Mentor and doing performance reviews with team members
Qualifications
- Experience growing and managing medium to large engineering teams
- Proven track record of leadership and technical expertise with either B2B or B2C products
- Familiar with full software development process, good software engineering background
- Fluency in English and Japanese
