- Provide tailored support and consultation to Dutch-speaking customers on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns
- Analyze client needs and recommend effective solutions to improve their online visibility
- Educate customers about product features and best practices for achieving optimal search engine performance
- Document interactions with clients and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in digital marketing and search engine technologies
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Enthusiasm for helping customers succeed in their digital marketing endeavors
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
