- Provide outstanding customer support and consultancy to Nordic-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Assist in navigating our services to ensure optimal usage and client satisfaction
- Engage with clients through various channels to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and professional growth
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or consultancy roles, ideally within a digital marketing context
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
