- Perform manual software testing activities including requirement analysis, test case design, defect reporting, and database testing
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium and other industry-leading tools
- Write and verify quality standards and test procedures for software products
- Stay informed of quality testing technologies and assist with troubleshooting and installation of software
- Train and educate employees on department products and functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance methodologies or software testing
- Programming and analysis experience with Java/J2EE and/or Ruby
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays
- Ability to write SQL queries and debug applications
- Experience with API testing, mobile testing, performance testing, agile testing, and automated testing
- Familiarity with project tracking software like Jira and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr Scale, HP ALM, qTest, and TFS
