Position: Senior C++ Developer - Trading - APAC- Global Hedge Fund

Location: APAC (relocation provided)

TRB Executive Search Limited is a leading recruitment firm specializing in the financial services industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to join our client's trading team in the APAC region.

As a Senior C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems for our client. You will work closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and other developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the demands of the fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance trading systems using C++ and other programming languages
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Optimize and enhance existing trading systems to improve performance and functionality
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the trading systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers in the team
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ development, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of trading systems and financial markets
• Experience with low-latency, high-frequency trading systems is highly desirable
• Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
