Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Upload and maintain product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Organize product categories and collections to enhance user navigation and improve the shopping experience
- Create and implement visually appealing product displays and layouts that align with brand aesthetics and seasonal promotions
- Work with the design team to develop compelling graphics and banners for promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Generate reports on product performance and provide actionable insights to optimize inventory and sales strategies
- Ensure product descriptions are engaging, informative, and optimized for SEO to attract organic traffic
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product information and assist with any issues related to the online shopping experience
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field
- Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising, preferably within Shopify
- Strong understanding of online retail and digital marketing principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficient in using Shopify and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
