What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a Product Manager with a passion for solving challenges and identifying new opportunities to enhance our product. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the product lifecycle, dedicating 70% of your time to managing the product strategy and roadmap, and 30% to driving the development of new features and expanding our vision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Short notice/ no notice is a bonus as we're looking to move forward quickly
• 4+ years of experience in a product management role, experience in travel and tourism B2C is a big bonus. B2C experience is a must. (please only apply if you meet this requirement)
• Strong background in agile methodologies
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential requirement
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder feedback. Ensure that the product vision is clearly communicated and understood across the organisation.

Requirement Definition:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to translate high-level product goals into detailed requirements for the development teams.

User Story Creation:

• Craft and document user stories with clear acceptance criteria, providing the development teams with precise guidance on product deliverables.

Sprint and Release Planning:

• Lead sprint planning sessions, prioritising backlog items and ensuring they align with the overall product roadmap. Coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product increments.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and end-users, to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure the product meets their needs. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholder communication and feedback.

Development Team Liaison:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the product and development teams, providing clarity on requirements, answering questions, and ensuring alignment throughout the development process.

User Feedback Integration:

• Collect and prioritise user feedback and feature requests, integrating them into the product roadmap and backlog to continuously improve the product.

Process Optimisation:

• Continuously refine and improve the product development process, leveraging feedback and insights from each iteration to drive better outcomes.
