Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer with advanced skills in mobile frontend design and a deep understanding of problem-solving in mobile application development. In this fully remote, contract role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and optimizing mobile applications using Flutter, with a strong emphasis on iOS development. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, UI/UX design principles, and a proven ability to create high-performance, user-friendly mobile apps that meet both functional and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on scalable architecture.
• Advanced Mobile Frontend Design: Implement responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience, following UI/UX best practices.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges related to app performance, responsiveness, and scalability through well-thought-out problem-solving strategies.
• iOS Development Expertise: Focus on iOS application development, ensuring optimal performance, compatibility, and a seamless user experience across various devices.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Utilize OOP principles to create modular, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to optimize application performance, ensuring minimal bugs and issues post-deployment.
• Code Reviews: Participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development, with a focus on Flutter.
• Advanced frontend design skills, with experience implementing complex user interfaces using Flutter’s built-in widgets and third-party libraries.
• Deep problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of solving technical challenges in mobile app development.
• Expertise in iOS development: Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying iOS apps with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience applying these principles in mobile application development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries for data integration and app functionality.
• Experience with State Management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc in Flutter.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility, with the ability to collaborate with designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
• Proficient in debugging, profiling, and optimizing mobile applications to ensure high performance and low memory usage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cross-platform mobile development and integration of third-party services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
