Your backend expertise in technologies like Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes will help create reliable, scalable systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Backend & Design: Build scalable backend systems using Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Microservices: Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures in cloud environments (preferably Azure, or GCP and AWS).
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments and monitoring.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Mentorship: Coach junior developers and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Innovative Projects: Contribute to real-time processing and large-scale backend services.
What You’ll Have:
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with distributed systems like Kafka, Akka, or Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of database solutions like Cassandra, SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
- Passion for open-source technologies and tech community involvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Salary: €70K–€100K based on seniority
