(Senior) Cloud Service Manager f/m/d

Responsibilities:

• Managing the cloud service portfolio and the cloud roadmap
• Monitoring and controlling the Service Level Agreements. Providing support and assistance for cloud services during the entire product life cycle in the cloud
• Managing requirements, enhancing and establishing processes, and implementing new cloud solutions
• Planning cloud updates and releases, and coordinating with relevant teams
• Acting as the interface between our cloud architects, operators, product management, and software developers to ensure a stable and reliable operation of cloud services
• Documenting and controlling defined processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
• Leadership capabilities to manage and handle cloud services
• Analytical skills to optimize processes and service dependencies
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Extensive experience in customer communication at a management level
• Knowledge of IT technologies and software service operations
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
• Experience with Service Level and Availability Management
• Familiarity with agile methods and project management
• Understanding of microservices principles is preferred
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, or AKS is preferred
• Knowledge of monitoring basics (e.g. Grafana or Zabbix)
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with good German skills preferred
• Intercultural competence and strong interpersonal skills
