QA Automation Engineer - Javascript OR Typescript / Web Testing / API / Windows

*** MUST have automation test programming skills using JAVASCRIPT or TYPESCRIPT***
Key Skills: Automation testing (Javascript/Typescript), Web Testing , API Testing, Windows , Experience working for a SaaS company (with a start up culture) , test automation frameworks (i.e Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, TestRail, Postman, Karate etc) , CI/CD
An exciting opportunity is on offer for a QA Automation Engineer to work for an exciting and well established product based business with a start-up feel , on a fully remote basis in Canada (West Coast). The chosen QA Automation Engineer will be delivering a cutting edge, cloud native scalable platform, working with a talented team of engineers and testers. You will be heavily involved in developing desktop testing frameworks that integrate with the current API, E2E test suites that report software for Windows. Must have STRONG web API testing experience.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will have good experience of scripting with Javascript or Typescript, manual testing is also a small requirement of this role. The role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of large parts of the testing platform . The chosen QA Automation Engineer will help improve the current software as well as working on greenfield production testing projects. You will have previous experience of working in a start up culture.
