What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Build and enhance key parts of the Phoenix Engine in Rust, driving high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Keep the engine running smoothly by managing updates and upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Develop innovative features that prioritize stability and optimization for long-term success.
- Partner with the team to create and maintain thorough tests, ensuring robust functionality across different blockchain environments.
- Help document the engines architecture and features, making it easy for both internal and external developers to understand.
- Extensive experience in Rust programming, particularly in systems programming and performance-critical applications.
- Proven background in developing or maintaining software engines or large-scale systems, with a strong emphasis on performance and optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a methodical and reliable approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Rust projects focused on high-performance systems and engine development.
- Dedicated to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong communication skills that foster effective teamwork.
- Familiar with EVM-compatible blockchains and smart contract platforms.
- Skilled in optimizing large-scale systems for both performance and scalability.
- Knowledgeable about CI/CD workflows, especially for blockchain-based platforms.
- Based in +/- 5 hours from Singapore
- A salary of $80K - $95K / year
