Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, from developing comprehensive strategies to implementing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. This role requires a creative, analytical, and hands-on individual who can manage a team and drive marketing initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Swish World Group’s products and services.
• Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Work with external agencies and partners when necessary to execute large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and communications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or global company.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team.
• Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI from marketing activities.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
