Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior IAM Business Analyst willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.
Objectives:
- Support the Project Lead in defining scope by understanding the overall objective and constraints in Identity and Access Management.
- Gather and structure requirements into a comprehensive work product.
- Define clear acceptance criteria for testing purposes.
- Analyze the Target Operating Model, implementation/migration approach, and validate scope and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in initial feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Define a structured approach to requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
- Lead data analysis and data cleansing efforts.
- Create and document business processes using BPMN tools.
- Contribute to solution integration, implementation, or migration strategy by identifying new requirements or scope changes (e.g., parallel operation of as-is and to-be processes).
- Work closely with change management to ensure new deliverables are adopted successfully by the organization.
- Analyze the security risks of new service developments, leveraging existing security measures or mitigations to identify benefit profiles.
- Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key contributors during project delivery.
- Define a test approach to ensure the solution meets identified requirements.
- Participate in the validation of the solution through testing and maintain traceability of results.
- Update internal/external documentation (e.g., SOPs, training materials) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Drive and ensure operational readiness of the project solution.
- Use Euroclear's in-house methodology for clear and concise documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, capable of producing required work products.
- Knowledge of Identity Management, including access provisioning/de-provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver activities, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Familiarity with access control models, security protocols, and standards such as SAML and OAuth.
- Experience onboarding applications into an IAM tool.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand their requirements.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Problem-solving and solution-driven attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a continuously changing environment.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in close collaboration with teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical data modeling, and data visualization (MS Office, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data management, data quality, and governance principles.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of IAM regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of Mainframe and RACF.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, CCBA).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Adonis, Visio).
