[Job description]

As a system engineer, you will be responsible for the development and operation of the AI engine infrastructure and platform. In addition, you will be responsible for the following duties regarding all entrusted projects.

・Foundation construction (MLOps)

(Instead of just using existing Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, and Amazon SageMaker, we are assuming that you will build your own experiment management and MLOps while customizing the area to some extent.)

・AI engine API and application

・AI engine platform development

・Improving the efficiency of internal infrastructure management

[Development environment/language]

・Infrastructure: GCP, Azure, AWS

・Configuration management: Terraform

・Language: Python etc.

・Framework: FastAPI, etc.

・Other: Docker, GitHub

[Requirements]

・Business level of Japanese language skills

・System development and operation experience on cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS)

・System backend development experience

[Preferred requirements]

・Knowledge about MLOps

・Certifications related to cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS)

・Knowledge about servers and networks

[Conditions]

Employment type: Permanent

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: ¥4M - ¥7M

*The above amount includes deemed overtime pay for 25 hours per month.

Work location: Tokyo, Sapporo or fully remote

Working hours: Full flextime system (no core time) *8 hours a day

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime hours: average 15 hours per month
