• Develop and deploy full-stack features.

• Own and improve product areas.

• Collaborate with designers and product managers.

• Prioritize user experience and impact.

• Fix bugs and optimize performance.

• Shape product roadmap and design decisions.

• You'll have full-stack experience with relevant technologies Python or similar and React or similar.
• You have started a project from scratch. You might have led a project, been a founder previously, or built a side project.
• You have strong communication skills and are good at documenting your work.
• You move fast, have a strong bias for impact and you don’t shy away from stepping on toes to get things done.

• You've worked in a high-growth company
• Extensive experience with Flask and/or TypeScript-based React
• Experience designing highly scalable products
• Database and big data experience
• Anything to do with AI is a bonus

• Three meeting-free days per week.

3. Technical interview: 30-60 minutes with our lead developer to assess the skills needed to succeed in this role. No live coding.
4. Founder interview: 30 minutes chat with one of the founders.
5. Offer: Job offer and start date as soon as possible.
