You are a Technical Consultant to work at the large customer sites providing Modern Device Management & Digital Workplace Solutions. (100% remote include 50% traveling within Germany)
Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point of contact for customer’s escalations and customer’s advocate. Coordinate and oversee the problems between customers, support engineers, field service personnel, software support, and investigate, analyze, and solve the product problems.
- Lead complex service delivery and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Ensure contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively.
- Maximize the value of the customer's investment in our products and services throughout the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement to support customer or internal business processes.
- Develop and deliver post incident reports on all critical support incidents, adheres to customer support plans and relationships.
- Use complex analytical skills to compile, analyze, interpret statistical data and recognize trends to improve performance.
Job Requirements:
- Have a general understanding and technical competence in PC and Cloud technology, with superior knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS).
- Excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Business fluent English and German (C-1 level) language.
- Need to bring the experience in some of the following areas: Asset Management Tools; Patch Management; Driver Management; Image Management; (Modern) IT Deployment solutions; PC architecture knowledge; In depth knowledge of current Windows operating systems; Windows engineering; Diagnostics and trouble shooting.
