Senior UI/UX Designer (AI, SaaS)

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NetraScale, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven cybersecurity and compliance products. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating closely with our Technical Product Managers, you will contribute to the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces.

• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize interface designs.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and user goals.
• UX Design: Develop user flows, interaction patterns, and information architecture to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Accessibility: Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Experience working in the tech industry, particularly in cybersecurity, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  

This is initially an equity-only, 100% remote, part-time role (6-8 hours flexible).
