We are looking for a skilled AWS QA automation engineer to work 100% remotely (European timezones).
Responsibilities
- Develop, take ownership of the product's quality through test automation embedded into the development process
- Apply relevant methods and techniques for testing in an Agile project
- Take over the maintenance and ongoing development of existing test scenarios, ensure high test coverage and continuously improve the software quality as a member of the product team
- Identify risks and critical paths and empower the product team to make informed decisions
- Exchange ideas within the product team/your test automation colleagues to optimise our testing practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in automated testing
- Strong experience with Cucumber, JMeter, Gatling
- Strong experience with event-driven architecture & microservices (REST API)
- Navigate through AWS Console to troubleshoot, access logs, etc.
- AWS Cloud products baseline understanding (to interpret architecture diagrams)
- Excellent communication skills in English
